The Security and Compliance team at IBM has updated the 'FDCC Checklist 
for Windows XP' site.

Affected Sites:
FDCC Checklist for Windows XP: site version 4

* The site versions have been included for air-gap customers. 

Changelist:
The compliance relevance for check: "Interactive logon: Do not require 
CTRL+ALT+DEL" was updated to evaluate the value of "0" as not compliant.
