[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content update for IBM Software Inventory Site

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

IBM has modified content in the IBM Software Inventory site for IBM Tivoli Endpoint Manager.
This release was in response to problems in relevance for Catalog update fixlet.   

Reasons for update:
* TEM SUA Patch fixlet was not showing in the License and Inventory domain
* Software Catalog update fixlet is now relevant when SUA is updated to versions 2.0.64
* TEM SUA Patch fixlet is now relevant when user install SUA 2 in not default folder.
