[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modification in Linux RPM Patching

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

The Manage Download Plug-ins Dashboard and the Download Plug-in Versions
analysis are being moved to the Patching Support site from the Linux RPM
Patching site. Both sites will contain the dashboard for an interim period.
Later the dashboard and the analysis in the Linux RPM Patching site will be
removed.

Actions to Take:
- Subscribe to the Patching Support site
- Start using the Manage Download Plug-ins Dashboard from the Patching
Support Site instead of the Linux RPM Patching site
