machines failing to complete due to excessive memory required during the
discovery process.

not working correctly in Japanese
* Download of Proxy Agent as part of fixlets 912 - Deploy Management
Extender for VMware vCenter (platform version 9.0) and 913 - Upgrade
Management Extender for VMware vCenter (platform version 9.0) failed due to
incorrect Size and SHA.
* Support for ESXi 5.1 for Offline Patch and Server Automation.

Actions to Take:

Gathering of the site will happen automatically. Once version 27 is
gathered, upgrade the VMware vCenter plugin using fixlet 827 - VMware
Upgrade vCenter Plugin.
After upgrade, the vCenter plugin version should be at 3.0.35.
