Reasons for Update:
The Red Hat Download Plug-in was updated to comply with changes in RHN 
registration.

Actions to Take:
Current RHEL users will need to upgrade the Red Hat Download Plug-in by 
running the task "BES Relay/Server: Upgrade Download Plug-in for Red Hat 
Enterprise Linux", or re-register the Red Hat Download Plugin by running 
the task "BES Relay/Server: Register Download Plug-in for Red Hat 
Enterprise Linux".
