[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modification in OS Deployment

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

Content in the OS Deployment site has been modified.

Several changes have been made:
Re-Image Dashboard has been modified to fix a bug where certain passwords 
were not being escaped correctly.
MDT Bundle Creator has been updated to version 2.0.16. This update 
includes validation on the version of MDT being used, updated TEM agent 
used, and proper overwriting of deployment shares.
Fixlet 46 to Deploy MDT Bundle Creator has been updated for the new MDT 
Bundle Creator
Minor changes to improve compatibility with future releases as well as 
localization changes to respect preferred language.

Actions to Take:
No immediate actions are necessary.
