IBM has modified content in the Software Distribution site. 

Modified Dashboard: 
Manage Software Distribution Packages Dashboard

Reason for update: 
To fix a dashboard loading error that resulted from the removal of an 
operator who had at one point in time created a task using the the Manage 
Software Distribution Packages dashboard.

Action to take: 
None.
