Microsoft has released security advisory 2616676, which supersedes 
2607712. Fixlet 1102523 has been modified to remove false negatives. 
Fixlet 1107405 has had added relevance to properly check for 
applicability. Microsoft has updated the binary for fixlet 1107435.
