- Bug 44971 = Fixed the Task "Control Parameterization - Account Lockout 
Threshold - RedHat/CentOS 5" that gave an IE window error: "cid:Action3" 
when you click "Click Here to change the CONFIG_FILE parameter." Now, it 
opens a box to where you can change the setting as it does with other 
control parameterizations. 
- Bug 44980 = Added per-user ignore parameter for GEN000540
