[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modification: Update for Solaris Zone Support

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

Solaris zone support will be added to the Solaris sites within a few days.

Modified Fixlet Messages:
Most fixlets within the Solaris and Solaris Maintenance sites

Reason for Update:
Solaris fixlets will be updated to support Solaris zones.

The new features are as follows:
* support patching of global zones only, when applicable
* support patching of whole-root zones, when applicable
* restrict patching of sparse-root zones

Actions to Take:
Gather new fixlets and tasks from  Solaris and Solaris Maintenance sites.
Run task <id> - Solaris Zone Support  in either Solaris site to enable zone
support
