The Patches for AIX site has been modified to include support for AIX 
interim fixes. 

This release includes the following enhancements:

"AIX Interim Fix Management Wizard" to aide in the installation and 
removal of interim fixes.
"AIX Interim Fix" Analysis (ID 30) to display installed interim fixes by 
ID and list filesets currently locked by interim fixes
Enhancements to the AIX Download Cacher (now at version 4.3) to allow for 
downloading of interim fix files
Updates to the "Run Download Cacher Tool - AIX" (ID 43) to incorporate the 
changes to the Download Cacher
