[BESAdmin-Announcements] New Content: USGCB Checklists

Hello,

The SCM Content team has modified the content within the USGCB checklist 
sites. 

* SCM USGCB Windows 7 Energy
* SCM USGCB Windows 7 Firewall
* SCM USGCB Internet Explorer 8

The new content contains a fix that changes the default value that is used 
for some of the checks in the production USGCB content. This means 
compliance scores will be calculated differently for the affected checks 
after the new content has been gathered, although not all of the actual 
results are expected to change. Please contact BigFix Technical Support if 
you have any questions regarding this change.
