Content in the Patches for Windows (English) Fixlet Site has been 
modified. 

Modified Fixlets: 
MS11-037: Vulnerability in MHTML Could Allow Information Disclosure -

MS11-039: Vulnerability in .NET Framework and Microsoft Silverlight Could 
Allow Remote Code Execution - Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 - Windows XP 
SP3 / 2003 SP2 / Vista SP1/SP2 / 2008 Gold/SP2 / Win7 Gold/SP1 (ID: 
1103905)


Reason for Update: 

A 'not pending restart' relevance clause as been added to fixlet 1103721 
to make machines that have applied the fixlet but haven't rebooted report 
in to the console their status more accurately. Fixlet 1103905 has been 
modified to prevent reports of false negatives.
