[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modification Announcement - kill.exe and taskkill.exe

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

BigFix has modified content in the following sites to update the kill.exe and taskkill.exe tools.  The tools were updated to work better with the existing tools and APIs provided on Windows and to reduce file size.  All content will continue to work as before.
