[Announcements for BES Administrators]

BigFix has modified content in the Patches for Windows (English) / Enterprise Security site. The Microsoft Rollback Task Wizard has been updated to support Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. The accompanying analysis, Patch and Update Rollback Information, has also been updated to support these operating systems. For Windows Vista and Server 2008, the wizard will attempt to generate a command for the Windows Package Manager based on certain registry keys. For Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2, the wizard will use the Windows Update Stand-alone Installer to uninstall patches given the KB number.

BES administrators are encouraged to verify open actions and synchronize baselines that contain the modified content.
