BigFix, an IBM Company, has modified content in the BES Support Fixlet 
Site. 

Affected Fixlet Messages: 
TROUBLESHOOTING: Restart the BES Relay Service (ID 448)

Reason for Update:
A five-second delay has been added after restarting the Relay service and 
the following relay select command.
