[BESAdmin-Announcements] OS Deployment site update

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

Dear BigFix administrators,

The BigFix OS Deployment site has been updated to reduce restrictions on 
operating systems that can be targeted for a job. Please note that this is 
only a dashboard restriction; activities not supported by the underlying 
engine (

) remain unlikely to work.
