BigFix, an IBM Company has released Download Plug-in installation, upgrade, and uninstallation tasks for the following sites:



Linux RPM Patching

Patches for RedHat Enterprise Linux

Patches for Solaris

Patches for Solaris Maintenance

Patches for SUSE Linux Enterprise Linux



Download Plug-ins, only applicable to BigFix 8.0 or greater, forgo the need of download cachers by integrating the caching process into the typical fixlet deployment process, only requiring minimal initial setup to set credentials and other preferences.
