[BESAdmin-Announcements] [Trend Micro Core Protection Module] Content Modification Announcement

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

As mentioned in the previous announcement, content in the Trend Micro Core Protection Module sites have been modified for BES 8.0 compatibility.  The specific content changes are as follows:

*         Globalization enablement for all Core Protection Module content.  Localization in French and German.
*         CPM Binary and file changes:
-     ID 18: Core Protection Module - Endpoint Deploy
-     ID 59: Core Protection Module - Upgrade Endpoint
-     ID 15: Core Protection Module - Install Server Components
-     ID 17: Core Protection Module - Remove Server Components
-     ID 55: Core Protection Module - Upgrade Server Components
-     ID 16: Core Protection Module for Mac - Upgrade Server Components
-     ID 53: Core Protection Module - Enable Automatic Updates - Server
*         Relevance changes for service pack version checks:
-     ID 16: Core Protection Module - Endpoint Uninstallation
-     ID 17: Core Protection Module - Remove Server Components
-     ID 89: Core Protection Module - Upgrade Endpoint URL Filtering Engine - Buffer Overflow Vulnerability
-     Wizards: Active Update Server Settings, Global Settings, Pattern Update Settings, Pattern Update/Rollback, On-Demand Scan Settings, Real-Time Scan Settings, Spyware Whitelist, Restore Spyware/Grayware
*         Client dashboard file changes:
-     ID 62: Core Protection Module - Enable Client Dashboard
-     ID 83: Core Protection Module - Upgrade Client Dashboard
*         General Bug Fixes
-     CPM Dashboard
-     Pattern Update Settings Wizard
-     Pattern Update/Rollback Wizard
-     Web Reputation Blacklist-Whitelist Wizard
-     Firewall Policy Wizard
-     Firewall Global Exception Rule Wizard

BES administrators are encouraged to verify open actions and synchronize baselines that contain the modified content.
