1. The following Fixlet message has optimized relevance to improve evaluation times:

2. The following Fixlet message has modified relevance to account for unexpectedly high Publisher file versions crossing published boundaries for product service packs:

1002301     MS10-023: Vulnerability in Microsoft Office Publisher Could Allow Remote Code Execution - Office Publisher 2002 SP3
1002303     MS10-023: Vulnerability in Microsoft Office Publisher Could Allow Remote Code Execution - Office Publisher 2003 SP3
1002305     MS10-023: Vulnerability in Microsoft Office Publisher Could Allow Remote Code Execution - Office Publisher 2007 SP1/SP2

3. The following Fixlet message has an updated sha1 and size following an unannounced binary change from Microsoft:

900309      MS09-003: Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Exchange Could Allow Remote Code Execution - Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1
