[Announcements for BES Administrators]

BigFix has modified content in the SCM Checklist for FDCC on Windows XP site. The Relevance for the following fixlets has been modified to address a problem that was recently discovered:

'Audit Directory Service Access' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Audit Logon Events' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Audit Account Management' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Audit system Events' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Audit Privilege Use' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Audit Policy Change' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Audit Object Access' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Audit Account Logon Events' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Account Lockout Duration' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Reset Lockout Counter After' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Minimum Password Age' returns false positive when enforced through GPO
'Network Security: Force logoff when logon hours expire' returns false positive when enforced through GPO

The following issue remains open and is currently under investigation:

'System cryptography: Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption, hashing, and signing' returns false positive when enforced through GPO

BES administrators are encouraged to verify open actions and synchronize baselines that contain the modified content.
