The new 7.2.4.75 agent contains the following new inspectors:

rpm package release 
rpm package version 
rpm package version record 
short rpm package version record

This update only affects Redhat and SUSE agents. There will not be any subsequent upgrades to the Windows components or any other non-Windows clients for BES 7.2.4.75.
