[BESAdmin-Announcements] [BES Support] Content Modification Announcement - Remove BES Clients, Start/Stop/Restart Services

[Announcements for BES Administrators]

BigFix has modified two sets of content in the BES Support site. 

1. The following task has been modified to use the newest version of the BESRemove executable:

ID: 219	TROUBLESHOOTING: Remove BES Clients

2. The following tasks have been modified to check for the specific service nameon the endpoint, and if not found, will fail. Also, the Restart task will not allow the BES Client to be an input (a separate task, ID: 199: "TROUBLESHOOTING: Restart the BES Client Service" has been provided for this purpose).

BES administrators are encouraged to verify open actions and synchronize baselines that contain the modified content.
