BigFix has modified content in the BES Support site. Fixlet messages 353
and 354 have been updated for a new version of the BES Client
diagnostics:

- Added collection of Client Usage Profiler data if present.
- Added collection of SiteData files and uses the SiteDataReader tool if
available to generate the full human readable XML files.
- Changed diagnostics output format to include computer name in the
diagnostics folder path. Makes it easier to find the uploads on the BES
Server.
- Added compression of the EMSG log on collect to save disk space.
Increased the collection cutoff size from 20 to 50 MB.
- Fixed bugs with reading property questions and answers. Diagnostics
now reads all properties/answer sets correctly.
- Decreased output result size to 1-5 MB on average by removing
collection of external site data, download data, archive data.
- Improved run time (0-2 minutes average).
- Added support for Vista and Server2008.
- Removed collection of free space of drives, this check generated
blocking windows errors in some cases.
- Changed all tool commandline options to use short options (-o) instead
of long names (--override).
- Tool no long causes pop-ups when run through a Fixlet.
- Updated the BES Support task #353 to match the current behavior.
(smaller uploads, new commandline, no popup warning message, downloads
SiteDataReader.exe)
