[Announcements for BES Administrators]

BigFix has modified content in the BES Support site. The Windows Registry Wizard has been updated:

1.) The wizard now switches between version 4 and version 5 of the registry editor depending on the selected operating system. Version 4 is used for NT and older, Version 5 is used for newer versions of Windows.

2.) Binary, multi-string and expandable string data types are now supported.

3.) Back slashes are now escapted in the names of registry values.

BES administrators are encouraged to verify open actions and synchronize baselines that contain the modified content.
