Microsoft has made a major revision to Microsoft Security Bulletin
MS07-040. .NET Framework 1.0 and .NET Framework 1.1 have been added as
affected components for Windows Vista Service Pack 1 and Windows Server
2008. The following Fixlet messages have been modified:
