[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modification Announcement - Enterprise Security - MS08-040 and Superseded Fixlets

BigFix has modified two sets of content in the Enterprise Security site.
1. The following Fixlet messages apply to x86 applications that can be
installed on either x86 or x64 operating systems. The relevance that
restricts them to x86 operating systems only has been removed:
