[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modification Announcement - Enterprise Security / Patches for Windows (English)

BigFix has modified two sets of content in the Enterprise Security /
Patches for Windows (English) site.

1. Microsoft has re-released MS07-050 to apply to Internet Explorer 7 on
both Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Service Pack 3. The following Fixlet
messages have been created:

705014	MS07-050: Vulnerability in Vector Markup Language Could Allow
Remote Code Execution - IE 7 - Windows XP SP2/SP3 (v2, re-released
8/25/2008)
705020	MS07-050: CORRUPT PATCH - IE 7 - Windows XP SP2/SP3 (v2,
re-released 8/25/2008)

The following older Fixlet messages have been superseded accordingly:

705009	MS07-050: Vulnerability in Vector Markup Language Could Allow
Remote Code Execution - IE 7 - Windows XP SP2 (Superseded)	
705010	MS07-050: CORRUPT PATCH - IE 7 - Windows XP SP2 (Superseded)


2. The following Fixlet messages have been modified to apply to both
Windows XP Service Pack 2 and Service Pack 3:

23113	UPDATE: Internet Explorer 7 Available - Windows XP SP2/SP3 (BES
Console Installed)
23122	UPDATE: Internet Explorer 7 Available - Windows XP SP2/SP3


BES administrators are encouraged to verify open actions and synchronize
baselines that contain the modified content.  Instructions for
synchronizing baselines can be found here:
