[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modification Announcement - Enterprise Security - August 2007 Time Zone Update

BigFix has modified content in the Enterprise Security site. The August
2007 Time Zone Update fixlet messages have been modified to prevent
issues caused by upgrading a Windows Server 2003 system to Service Pack
2 after the Time Zone Update has been applied. Microsoft has also added
known issues to the Knowledge Base Article and this is mentioned in the
description. The following Fixlet messages have been modified:
