[BESAdmin-Announcements] Content Modification Announcement - MS07-002 Re-Release

Microsoft re-released the MS07-002 Excel 2000 update earlier today to
address a known issue caused by the original update.  New Fixlet
messages have been created to deploy the re-released update, and the old
Fixlet messages have been superseded.

 

New Fixlet messages:

700215: "MS07-002: Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Excel Could Allow Remote
Code Execution - Excel 2000 (Local Install) (v2, re-released 1/18/2007)"

700216: "MS07-002: Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Excel Could Allow Remote
Code Execution - Excel 2000 - Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 (Network Install)
(v2, re-released 1/18/2007)"

700217: "MS07-002: Vulnerabilities in Microsoft Excel Could Allow Remote
Code Execution - Excel 2000 - Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 (Administrative
Install) (v2, re-released 1/18/2007)"
