[Annoucements for BES Administrators]

Microsoft released three new Security Bulletins (MS06-052 ~ MS06-054)
and re-released two old Security Bulletins (MS06-040 and MS06-042)
earlier today. New content has been published for the new and
re-released bulletins. Note that the new MS06-042 content will become
relevant on computers with previous versions of the update installed,
but the new MS06-040 content will not. In addition, a new Fixlet message
to deploy MDAC 2.8 Service Pack 1 has also been published.

 

The newly published content supersedes some old updates, and the
corresponding content in "Enterprise Security" has been modified
accordingly:

In addition, Microsoft is no longer hosting the Front Page 2002 Server
Extensions update on the Microsoft Download Center, Fixlet message
33103: "UPDATE: Front Page 2002 Server Extensions Available" has also
been superseded.

 

BES Administrators are encouraged to verify open actions involving the
superseded updates. Please contact BigFix Technical Support if you have
