Microsoft updated MS06-012 on November 29th to change the patch
replacement information in the security bulletin.  The modification
indicates that the MS06-003 Outlook 2003 update is replaced by MS06-012.
Affected Fixlet messages in the Enterprise Security site have been
superseded:
